  • • Coaching takes place either google or zoom

    • Deliverables will be set in the first session of the coaching process

    • Each package has a set focus to be for the participant and is tailored to ensure success

    • You w ill be challenged and supported throughout the process by the coach to help you reach your goals

  • • Commitment to the coaching relationship is a must and the ability to learn and be open to change

    • A commitment to attending sessions on time and being prepared to make the most of your time

    • Completion of the required actions in between session for both parties

  • • Due to the bespoke nature and vast experience of the coach, all material and guidance shared is confidential to the sessions

    •The commitment is the number of sessions under the purchased package

    • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel a session and for it to be rescheduled

    • Last minute cancellations or no shows will not be rescheduled
