My Background
From fitness, to mindset to scaling up
Kicking off my experience 25 years ago in the fitness industry I successfully personal trained clients in and around the Square Mile, lots of Traders and CEO's and Senior Executives. Fascinated by the fact that some people would train and others would struggle I further studied NLP, Neurolinguistic Programming and how it can be used to substantially elevate your game.
After applying these principles to my clients' training I was asked to design a training course for a trading company inspired by Terry Carol's book NLP for Traders. Learning to trade and rolling this out fed my fascination with peak performance for sure.
The next 15 years I spent in operations helping start-ups to grow. With my strong ability to build a company and to read and motivate people I soon found myself being headhunted for roles.
Today I wear many hats..
Founder of Costartup, which has successfully helped grow over 250 companies from multiple sectors and stages over the last 8 years. We're relaunching soon as a start-up hub where we plan to share this learning on a wider scale.
I coach and consult start-ups and scale-ups, entrepreneurs, and executives in business growth, from small start-ups right through to multi-million-pound companies.
Also contributing to Accelerator programs such as Foundervine and Foundervine and Barclays Black Founder Accelerator programme and most recently with LMarks supporting DPD and their cohort. Alongside this, mentoring for great companies like 20/20 Levels and the Peter Jones Foundation, of Peter Jones, BBC Dragons Den.
I can also be found speaking offering insights on panels and individual appearances sharing my learning on a wider stage.
This diverse experience forms the foundation of my approach, offering valuable insights into achieving success.

Authentically me
You can find me zipping around London on my scooter when not working or drinking copious amount of green tea! My 17 year old son is a big part of my life and has definitely been a huge motivator and I hang out with him when I can (aka when he wants to :-))
Life is what you make it and how you see it.
Tbe successful you have to be authentically you. At 47 years old I am still so excited about future possibilities
Always allow yourself to keep growing, make room for it regardless of what else is going on. Continuing to grow means continuing to expand everything you do and everything that you think is possible.
